Position Summary : Coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing, and distribution.
- Assist project startup and close out of all prevailing wage projects;
- Provide prevailing wage training & support to admins and project teams, facilitate and coordinate training as required;
- Assist in auditing prevailing wage projects; resolving payroll and prevailing wage discrepancies;
- Monitor prevailing wage jobs to ensure certified payroll and other reporting requirements are met;
- Support the field admin team and job sites with payroll and prevailing wage activities;
- Collaborate on IT projects associated with payroll and certified payroll processes;
- Perform other duties as assigned;
