Engagement Managers at Cicero are project and thought leaders, deeply involved in all aspects of the consulting process. As a Cicero Engagement Manager, you will :

• Work directly with Partners and Principals to craft innovative strategies that shape our clients' futures
• Lead teams of Associates and Business Analysts in executing projects such as (but not limited to) :
• Organization Transformation
• Private Equity Due-Diligence
• Strategic Development / Implementation
• Market Research & Assessments
• Develop client relationships as a trusted thought-partner and facilitator
• Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives
• Play an active role in mentoring and inspiring our ambitious consultants
