123 bed facility

Experience? 2 years

8 SDS, 4 PACU

General, GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Podiatry, Vascular

ACLS, BLS, PALS

Must be able to do pre-op and phase I and II post op recovery.

Charge Nurse – does take assignment

EPIC – required

Will float to 2 other sites :

Southern Lakes

1-3 shifts based off comfort

Can we approve time off? – No

Every 6th weekend, Friday afternoon-Monday morning

Scrub Color : Procedural, provided
