Client Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist (Friday-Tuesday, 8AM-5PM EST).

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-depth support and solutions to customers

Communicate with customers through various channels

Become a subject matter expert on company solutions and products

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree or relevant experience

Must be able to work Friday-Tuesday, 8AM-5PM EST

2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably over the phone

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
