Director of Partner Programs

A company is looking for a Director of Global Partner Programs & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a scalable global partner program aligned with business goals

Collaborate with partner operations to establish governance and performance tracking frameworks

Develop and manage partner enablement programs, certifications, and training

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred

10+ years of experience in Channel Sales and Partner Program management within high-tech or cybersecurity companies

Proven track record of designing and optimizing global partner programs

Strong understanding of the cybersecurity and / or SaaS landscape

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at all organizational levels
