You will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fully equipped, Level-III NICU with a thriving patient volume.

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee practice operations, collaborating closely with hospital administration and regional management.
• Provide comprehensive coverage for a growing Level-III NICU practice with 1,000 annual births.
• Engage in mentorship and growth opportunities for fellow physicians.
• Maintain a full-time work schedule with a one week on, one week off arrangement.
• Manage patient rounds with on-call responsibilities from home.
• Ensure full-time NNP Coverage is maintained.
