HVAC Technician

The ideal HVAC Service Technician candidate should have exceptional customer service and HVAC service experience. Successful candidates are organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to Service Manager. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

Rate of pay for this role is $80-130k+ annually depending on knowledge and abilities. – we offer full benefits and a great work environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintenance, service and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment up to 20 tons
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and / or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Wizard’s services quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and / or external)
• Meet Individual and team goals and metrics
• Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance and diagnosis of air conditioning systems, furnaces, coils, and compressors
