What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices on active job sites
• Coordinate daily field operations across commercial projects, big and small
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics like a pro
• Manage all things electrical—conduit bending, panel installs, switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and more
• Keep safety first with strict adherence to OSHA standards and company protocols
• Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to keep projects on track
• Troubleshoot issues on the fly and ensure everything runs like a well-grounded system
