Assistant Director of Nursing (Hospice Care)

We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to guide our clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead with empathy and excellence. You’ll support nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary team members in delivering exceptional hospice care — while helping shape the future of our organization.

What You’ll Do :

• Supervise and mentor hospice nursing and clinical staff.
• Oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.
• Collaborate with IDG team members to provide holistic, coordinated care.
• Support quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
