We are seeking a creative and established Land Planner / Landscape Architecture Group Manager for our well-established studio in Morrisville. This individual will lead the overall staffing, supervision, management, and growth of the studio. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Landscape Architecture and Planning team in the Morrisville office.
• Partner with clients to advance master plans, small area / corridor plans, develop site plans, and manage the rezoning and entitlement processes.
• Oversee design development, preparation and / or administration of contract documents, cost estimates, agency correspondence, client relations, staff supervision, and mentoring.
• Engage in business development and marketing activities, including networking, active participation in professional forums, presenting work to professional organizations, writing proposals, and maintaining budgets.
• Prepare project contracts, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Present projects to public officials and planning boards, and engage in public interaction.
• Build and grow the team and department.
• Manage exciting projects, including large-scale master planned developments, urban infill sites, residential and commercial sites, greenways / parks, and various mixed-use projects.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment near PNC Arena with approximately 10% travel in the field. The position offers a healthy backlog of work within the private and public sector, providing the tools to expand or grow the group as deemed fit.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.
