Job descriptionProvide direct resident care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed. Take and record vital signs, weights, and other measurements accurately. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized resident environment. Support residents' emotional well-being through respectful and compassionate interaction. Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards. Participate in shift reports and team meetings as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing. Active CNA certification in the state of Massachusetts (required). Current CPR / BLS certification Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

The CNA will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, assisting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
