Pay Range : $2300- $2821 + Joining Bonus

Start Date :   Two weeks from the date of position offered.

Job Type : 13  weeks contract

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia.

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments post-surgery
• Monitor vital signs and patient recovery progress
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding post-operative care
• Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of physiology in patient care
• Work in a fast-paced environment, either in a teaching hospital or ambulatory surgery center
• Assist with patient transfers and lifting when necessary
