Job Overview - Mental Health Therapist (Outpatient Services) :

Compensation : $27 - $37 / hour

Location : Burton, MI

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Mental Health Therapist (Outpatient Services) in Burton, MI, for our client. In this full-time role, you'll provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, conduct crisis interventions, and support treatment planning. Ideal for licensed or limited-licensed clinicians committed to serving diverse populations and delivering high-quality outpatient behavioral health care.

Responsibilities as the Mental Health Therapist (Outpatient Services) :

• Therapeutic Interventions : Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed practices.
• Care Planning : Develop and update person-centered treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client objectives.
• Assessment & Screening : Conduct intake evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic screenings to inform personalized treatment.
• Crisis Response : Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and referral support in alignment with evidence-based protocols.
• Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
