SCOPE OF SERVICES

• A seasoned project manager is required to support Cyber Command leadership in the management and optimization of its portfolio of established citywide cybersecurity programs and evolving suite of cybersecurity controls deployment.
• These programs have significant complexity across many City agencies, stakeholders, other cybersecurity entities in government and the private sector, and our information-sharing partners.
• The PM will work directly with Security Sciences program managers, its FTEs, consultants and vendors; coordinate with legal, contracting, finance, and communications teams to manage multi-functional team coordination, opportunity screening, develop RFI and RFP, benefit / cost analysis, vendor selection, work plan scheduling, budget oversight, contractor management, issue resolution, reporting and project closeout functions.
