Inside Sales Representative Call Center Environment

Full-Time | On-Site in Woodinville, Wa | Starting at $23$25 / hr + Uncapped Commission

Are you experienced in scheduling, sales, or customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where every call counts? Eastside Exterminators is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our high-energy call center team!

Whats the Role?

As an Inside Sales Representative, youll be the first voice many of our customers hear. Youll be scheduling services, guiding customers to the right solutions, and helping them solve their pest issues once and for all. This is a call center-based sales role you'll be handling inbound calls and emails, matching customer needs to our services, and ensuring smooth coordination with our field teams.

When its slower, well look to you to support ongoing team projects, process improvements, or internal training. This is a role for someone who doesnt sit still when theres work to be done!

What Youll Need :

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (E-Verify used)
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 : 30am5 : 30pm (MondayFriday) + rotating Saturdays
• Comfort working in an inbound call center environment
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and 4-panel drug screen
• Bilingial skills are a plus but not required
