Finance Operations Intern

The Financial Accounting Intern is responsible for providing overall support to the Financial Planning and Analysis Director as well as the overall Finance Department. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education : Currently enrolled in higher education and seeking a Finance major

Travel : None

Work Schedule : 7am- 5pm

Essential Functions

• Assists with change order budgets.
• Assists with van inventory cycle counts, analysis and transfers.
• Assists with expense validation for project job costs.
• Assists with expense validation for the prevailing wage trust.
• Prepare spend analysis for select expense accounts.
• Assists with monthly reporting, including general ledger reports.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
