We’re hiring General Laborers to join our field crews. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to advance quickly into operator and foreman roles. You’ll support our drill crews, handle job site prep, and keep projects running smoothly.

Compensation : $19 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Perform manual labor tasks such as potholing with a vac truck, shoveling, jackhammering, vault setting, backfilling, and restoration
• Assist with setting up & taking down traffic control, cleaning job sites
• Support crew and foremen with equipment, tools, and materials
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Work as part of a crew to meet daily production goals
• Report to Fowler, CA yard
