Job descriptionBachelor's degree required, Engineering or related field preferred (Mechanical, Biomedical, Systems, Electrical Engineering, etc.). PMP Certification – A plus. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing New Product Developments projects and / or complex projects - Required. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and leading projects. Solid understanding of Medical Device Development, Regulations and Product Lifecycle process – Required. Ability to see the “big picture” and determine the best course of action based on knowledge, experience, and strategy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to work cooperatively at all levels in a matrix environment to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals.
