Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations
- Identify customer needs and recommend insurance products that offer the best coverage
- Present and explain policy features in an easy-to-understand manner
- Assist clients with applications, quotes, policy changes, and renewals
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and company tools
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license and / or Life, Health, and Accident license (or willingness to obtain / Pre-Licensing materials provided if a good fit)Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage your time effectivelyTech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms and remote work toolsAdditional languages spoken?
