Insurance Servicing Customer Service Representative
Start Date : January 6 Training : + First 30 days fully on-site + Training Schedule : 9 : 30 AM 6 : 00 PM + Post-Training Schedule : + Hybrid : 10 : 30 AM 7 : 00 PM + Hybrid eligibility based on meeting adherence, quality, and attendance standards Important : + No time off during the first 6 weeks Responsibilities + Handle approximately 3545 inbound calls per day (average call length : 1114 minutes) + Respond to inquiries related to insurance servicing, primarily homeowners insurance + Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with payment and coverage questions + Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls accurately + Ensure compliance with internal and external standards + Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain professionalism on every call Required Skills & Qualifications + Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred; front desk / admin acceptable) + Proficient with Windows PC and basic software navigation + Typing speed : 35 WPM or higher + Strong verbal and written communication skills Testing Requirements + Basic Computer Literacy (70% passing) + One-minute typing test (35 WPM passing) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
