City : Kennewick State : WA Start Date : Pending Privileges End Date : TBD Description : Locums - KennewickLooking for one locum provider to work in tandem with another locum, alternating 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to cover full month. Providers will need hospital privs to order infusions so plan 90 days for credentialing and privs to be completed.Providers will work in the clinic Monday-Friday, hours listed on the attached PD with 30 minute unpaid lunch. OT will apply after 40 hours per week. 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
