SAIC is seeking talent to support the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Technology Information Services (TIS) contract. These positions will provide services spanning the breadth of IT operations in support of GAO, including the following task areas :
- Program and Task Management
- Customer Experience, including Help Desk and Deskside Support
- Cloud and Digital Environments
- IT Infrastructure
- Software Factory – maintaining over 100 software applications with migration to Low / No Code platforms
- Asset and Inventory Management
- Information Systems Security
- Publishing, Information and Web Support Services
- Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Platform
Within these Task Areas there are specialized skillsets SAIC will be seeking to fill. Minimum requirements will vary based on role, level, education and experience. SAFe certifications and / or experience are highly preferred :
