Milton CAT is looking for entrepreneurial independent-minded sales leaders to effectively "run their own business" and join our rapidly growing team. Starting Compensation Range : $70,000-$100,000; base plus commission structure based on performance. Outside Sales Representatives typically earn within the stated range for year one, but typically have unlimited earning potential each year.

Responsibilities

The exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, Milton CAT is one of the largest Caterpillar dealerships in the world and the "big kid's sandbox" for the most recognizable construction equipment on the planet.

We are looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to drive business (sales and rentals) with a focus on compact equipment (Mini Ex, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, Dozers, etc.). This field position involves being on the road every day, setting up meetings, prospecting job sites, executing "business conversations" on critical issues and closing business with valued customers and prospects.

Territory : We have multiple openings on the team. We are currently seeking representatives for the Central New York Territory.
