As assistant manager in our Kennewick clinic, you would lead the way to an amazing experience for members and guests along with building a high-achieving team. We want you to help create a strong workplace culture that models our core values of empathy, excellence and consistency. We are looking for a leader who can help motivate, coach, and inspire the team, and a problem solver who is adaptable and can resolve conflict.

Our busy location is growing and looking for a talented assistant manager to grow with us! You take care of the clients and we take care of you!

Qualifications / Skills :

Commission-based Sales experience (preferred)

Customer Service experience (preferred)

Customer Retention skills

Leadership qualities that allow you to leave a team of sales associates and service providers

Communication skills - you will be expected to communicate regularly with both your staff and your regional director about how the clinic is performing

Teamwork - working with the manager of the Kennewick clinic to achieve the goals weekly
