We are currently seeking an experienced : PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support. Job Requirements : EDUCATION : Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program. CERTIFICATE / LICENSE : Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
