Job descriptionUp to $20,000 sign-on bonus Opportunities to work with advanced imaging technology Supportive and collaborative team environment High school diploma or GED Graduation from an ARRT-approved radiologic technology program Previous radiographic experience (required) Connecticut State Radiographer license (required) BLS Certification (required) 1–2 years CT experience (preferred) ARRT (R) and (CT) certification (or within 10 months if in a cross-training program) Educate patients about exams, review medical history, and complete IV contrast worksheets Prepare rooms and equipment, including power injectors and clean linens Start and maintain IVs per radiology nurse guidelines Assist patients safely on and off scanner tables Perform and adjust CT scans to ensure high-quality diagnostic images Accurately complete documentation, including charging, insurance, PACS, and teleradiology entries Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to support patient care Follow all safety procedures for radiation, hazardous materials, and patient handling Participate in ongoing training and professional development
