A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Adjuster I, II or Sr.

Key Responsibilities

Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process

Summarizes documents and enters notes into the claim system

Manages, researches, and resolves complex customer communications and issues

Researches and responds to Department of Insurance complaints or investigations

Negotiates and settles claims

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in attorney-represented bodily injury claims

Experience managing claims with values up to $100k

Ability to handle complex and occasionally highly complex claims

Strong analytical skills

Experience in negotiating claims
