I'm partnering with a mid-sized general contractor that's making waves across California, Arizona, and Texas. With annual revenues around $60M and a strong pipeline of retail-focused projects, they're looking to bring on a Retail / QSR Construction Project Manager who knows the ins and outs of big box retail and quick serve restaurant (QSR) construction.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing as Retail / QSR Construction Project Manager in San Diego :

• Leading ground-up and tenant improvement building and construction projects from precon through closeout
• Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Collaborating with a tight-knit team that values transparency and accountability
