This part-time, permanent position (1525 hours / week) is ideal for someone who loves talking with customers, thrives on learning new things, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven retail team.

What You'll Do :

• Greet and assist customers looking for rugged boots, reliable gear, or the right food for their dog
• Ask great questions, listen closely, and recommend the best products for their needs
• Learn about new brands and stay informed on everything from pet nutrition to workwear tech
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
• Help with carry-outs, restocking, and team support as needed
• Bring positive energy to every shift and every interaction
