Job descriptionProvide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in an outpatient community health setting Perform routine physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visit evaluations Support underserved and diverse populations with a focus on access, equity, and continuity of care Collaborate with behavioral health, care management, dental, and specialty referral teams Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality metrics, compliance standards, and value-based care goals Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine Bilingual (English and Spanish or Korean)

A healthcare network in California is actively seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician to join one of their federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in Los Angeles.
