How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and implement core cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Define secure architectures and controls for IT systems, networks, and applications.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to prioritize remediation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align security with operational goals.
- Streamline security processes such as IAM, encryption, and network security.
- Enforce governance and compliance with global standards and regulations.
- Integrate advanced security technologies for seamless protection.
- Monitor the evolving threat landscape and adapt strategies proactively.
- Lead change management initiatives and foster a security-first culture.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master's preferred; equivalent experience considered).4+ years of cybersecurity-related experience, focusing on security foundations or posture enhancement.5+ years of program management experience, preferably in cybersecurity frameworks or risk management.Experience with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and secure architecture design.Strong understanding of risk assessments, vulnerability management, and threat analysis.Proven ability to collaborate with global IT and security teams.Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.More About Us
