Our client is a company with more than 10 years of existence in the hotel and real estate industry in Spain. The operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 to 17 : 00 in Spain time. They are looking for a professional in the real estate commercial agent sector, bilingual.
About the Role :
The Bilingual Real Estate Commercial Assistant will play a fundamental role in the operational and communication support of our company, specializing in the real estate sector and hotel reservation services. They will act as a key link between the commercial and legal teams, ensuring fluid and precise communication in Spanish and English.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage and qualify leads from clients interested in our property portfolio.
- Conduct virtual property presentations with high professional quality.
- Develop sales strategies for cold portfolios, identifying potential buyers.
- Provide personalized follow-up to clients throughout the entire purchase process.
- Handle immersive 360 real estate presentations.
- Coordinate sales of new properties with real estate promoters.
- Register and update client information in specialized CRM platforms.
- Maintain fluid communication with international clients, especially from the European market.
Requirements :
Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 9 : 30am to 6 : 30pm Spain time, with a one-hour break.Possess a computer and headset, plus a 100Mbps internet connection.Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.Advanced English proficiency (C2 level).Technical knowledge of real estate CRM platforms.Proven negotiation and sales closing skills.Fluent use of digital tools for virtual presentations.Professional training in commercial or related fields.Desired Skills :
