Key Responsibilities
Manage claims by analyzing exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action
Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective resolution
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, adhering to clients' policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses)
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
