• This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. Key Responsibilities Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely patient records Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results Build positive doctor-patient relationships Support membership sales through care-focused conversations Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Valid DC license in the applicable state Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam) Eligible for malpractice insurance Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Schedule This role requires availability Monday - Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm Compensation and Benefits Competitive Pay $87k/yr-$92k/yr (based on experience) 4-5 day workweek Medical & PTO ( full-time employment) Company-paid malpractice insurance Why Join Us When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you’re joining a movement.
