JOB OVERVIEW
Under the Food Service Manager supervision, the Juice Bar Server performs the following duties :
TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and provide prompt courteous customer service
- Prep fruits and vegetables for fresh juices- continuous as needed (Must be able to read and understand recipe’s in English)
- Make fresh juices using electric juicers
- Assist customers with questions and product selection
- Completes customer orders in a timely manner
- Maintain juice bar department area clean and sanitized
- Maintain safety of work area
- Assist in the deli as needed
- Follow departmental procedures for safety, proper food handling, and sanitation according to local, state, and federal health code regulations
- Use a cash register
QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Training / Education :
A High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificateKnowledge of :
Customer service techniquesVerbal proficiency of the English Language, and be able to read and write English at a basic levelPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions :
Bending & lifting up to 50 poundsMove stock from storage to shelf / preparation areasRepetitive movement, cutting veggies and fruit with a knifeDaily work with knives and other sharp itemsStand and walk for extended periods of timeSpecial Requirements :
Must be available to work various shifts as needed including weekends.
