Community Manager - Indianapolis, IN
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Paid After 90 Days)
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a well-established, conventional apartment community in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires a confident, hands-on leader with a minimum of 3+ years of conventional multifamily management experience who can drive results, lead teams, and maintain high operational standards.
Note: This position is conventional housing only. Tax credit / LIHTC experience is not preferred.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of conventional multifamily property management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Proven ability to improve occupancy, control expenses, and drive NOI
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams
- Drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain accurate reporting
