The Opportunity
The Vice President of Facilities is responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of all facility-related functions for ~4,000 fast casual restaurant locations across the United States. This leader will revolutionize and rethink how we approach facilities and maintenancebringing innovation and modern technology to manage existing restaurants and instituting a seamless, end-to-end process between restaurant operators and facility maintenance. The role ensures that all restaurants operate in safe, clean, efficient, and brand-compliant environment, while optimizing maintenance costs, supporting remodel and new build programs, and driving sustainability initiatives.
The VP will oversee a large team and partner closely with Operations, Development, Procurement, and Finance to deliver exceptional facility support that protects brand integrity and enables operational excellence.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $225,000 - 275,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and / or education.
