Thomasville, GA l $15.00 / Hour

We are seeking a Finisher to join a local window shutter manufacturer. This role will be responsible for assembling, adjusting, and inspecting horizontal blinds to ensure each product meets company quality and performance standards. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with small parts and delicate materials.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and finish horizontal blinds according to production specifications and quality standards
• Install and align horizontal louvers to ensure smooth operation and uniform appearance
• Thread and secure lift and tilt strings with precision to achieve proper functionality
• Calibrate and adjust height control modules for accurate movement and final product performance
• Inspect completed blinds for quality, accuracy, and consistency before packaging or installation

Requirements

Location : Thomasville, GA

Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Schedule : Monday – Thursday 7 : 30AM – 4 : 30PM, Friday 7 : 30AM – 2 : 00PM
