Charlton Family Medicine is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated LPN to become part of our healthcare family. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients while working in a supportive environment.

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week. The hours are as follows : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

We offer a recruitment and retention bonus of up to $3,500 for this position!

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and keep accurate records of vaccines.
• Document important verbal interactions with patients as needed.
• Ensure all information is documented in the patient record accurately and promptly.
• Maintain efficient patient flow to enhance their experience.
• Prepare patients for their visits as per office and provider requirements.
• Collect specimens (such as urine, blood, etc.) as directed by the healthcare provider.
• Enter lab orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Carry out clinical procedures as instructed by the provider (including PFT, EKG, nebulizer treatments, medication administration, and immunizations).
• Manage patient prescriptions effectively.
• Discuss test results with patients following provider instructions.

Compensation : $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

Our salary ranges are designed to be competitive, with opportunities for professional and financial growth. Compensation will be tailored to each candidate based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Overtime pay may also be available for certain roles.
