  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our growing team, who will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the company.
  • In this role, you will have access to the platform Accounting Manager as a resource and partner.

You will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain the integrity of financial data for our Poulsbo and Issaquah locations.   Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on an accrual basis  Assist in month-end and year-end close processes  Process accounts payable and receivable  Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and supporting schedules  Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to improve processes and reporting accuracy  Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards  Generate financial reports and respond to ad hoc reporting needs  Assist with office related HR administrative tasks as needed Qualifications :   5-7  years of bookkeeping or accounting experience  Solid understanding of accrual accounting principles  Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is preferred  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting best practices  Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment  What We Offer :   Competitive salary Opportunity to work with a collaborative, professional team  Growth potential within the organization  401K with match and more  Powered by JazzHR
