Job descriptionOversee billing operations, including electronic billing systems Supervise and support a team of billing clerks, AR, collections, and e-billing staff Collaborate with the Controller and CFO on financial planning and analysis Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reporting Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members Lead monthly financial reporting and budgeting processes Coordinate with leadership on fiscal year-end close and audit preparation Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred Strong tenure and leadership experience in accounting roles
Job Title : Legal Billing Manager
Compensation : $100,000 - $130,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus
