Position Overview :

We are seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating all outgoing customer deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and schedule daily outgoing deliveries using dispatching software.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Respond promptly to customer and employee inquiries regarding delivery status, issues, or changes.
• Physically check trucks before departure to confirm correct materials and quantities.
• Coordinate with sales and yard teams to resolve any discrepancies or special delivery requests.
• Track and record delivery performance and assist in improving logistics efficiency.
