A company is looking for a Lead Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
Guide teams on leveraging Agile / Scrum practices to maximize business value delivery
Lead collaborative discussions and coordinate participation in Agile ceremonies
Support the Product Owner in applying the SAFe / Agile framework and drive team improvements through Agile metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Agile / Scrum experience
SAFe Scrum Master certification
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
Experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning and leading multiple teams
Proven track record in holding team members accountable and maintaining meeting discipline
