Position Overview : As a Residential Aide, you are a member of a multidisciplinary team, who is directly involved in providing quality care for patients in a residential addiction recovery environment. You will provide continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, role modeling appropriate behaviors, and are responsible for providing structure to and observation of patients that enter treatment.
