Material Handler / Forklift Operator - Mentor OH

We’re looking for a Material Handler to keep our production floor running smoothly. You’ll move, stage, and deliver materials to the right places, assist with shipping and receiving, and ensure everything is tracked accurately in our ERP system.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Deliver materials and supplies to production stations (filling, packaging, mixing)
• Review schedules and pick lists to prioritize material handling tasks
• Scan and track all items in the ERP system when moved
• Move finished products, unused materials, and packaging to correct storage areas
• Assist with loading / unloading trucks and organizing warehouse inventory
• Support packaging supervisor to ensure accurate production output
• Help with trash removal, machine cleaning, or loading as needed
• Communicate with other material handlers to coordinate deliveries between buildings

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Material handling or shipping / receiving experience

✅ ERP system knowledge (preferred)

✅ Forklift experience and / or current certification

✅ Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

✅ Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
