Job descriptionMountain View Therapy is the leading provider of outpatient and acute care therapy services in Western Colorado. We are a unique group of rehabilitation clinics with a comprehensive range of services for all ages from birth to the elderly including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy; Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation; and Wound and Ostomy Care. The staff Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for the evaluation of patients (infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents); development, coordination, and implementation of the treatment plan; maintenance of informative, accurate, and timely documentation; participation in team meetings; training of others as indicated; and participation in continuing education. Provide services to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, voice and other cognitive related disorders in an inpatient and outpatient setting Education : Current Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of Colorado. Current BLS Certification within 45 days of hire. One year of work experience providing direct patient care for infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents in an inpatient and / or outpatient setting is required. Modified Barium Swallow knowledge, Visi-pitch knowledge and / or Vital Stim Certification are preferred but not required. $15,000.00 Sign-on Retention Bonus with one year of experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy Student loan employer contributions up to $10,800 tax free!
