Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN for a contract position in Oxford, AL. The RN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting while ensuring accurate OASIS documentation and managing records through Homecare Homebase (HCHB). This role is well-suited for nurses who enjoy independent fieldwork and building strong patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Complete OASIS documentation for admissions, discharges, recerts, and resumptions

Provide direct nursing care and education for patients and families in the home

Maintain accurate charting and care coordination in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare team members

Uphold high standards of patient care and agency compliance

Qualifications :

Active Alabama RN license

At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in home health

Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required

Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
