What Youll do

As a Care Partner you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations :

• You will provide personal care : assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
• You will provide health monitoring and documentation : observe document and report changes in the elders health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• You will give emotional support : may support elders dealing with loneliness anxiety or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation active listening and offering companionship is part of your role.
• You will assist with Meals : help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
• You will engage in social and recreational activities : supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being.
• You will connect : Communicate with elders their families other team members and guests.
• You will keep things clean : may involve light housekeeping such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.
