We are seeking a passionate Tech Writer III to create clear documentation for complex systems. This senior role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive knowledgebase and process documentation for aerospace and defense projects, managing software procedural documentation, and ensuring high standards of accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather technical and user experience information.
• Support documentation of processes related to procurement, sustainment, and maintenance of software and hardware.
• Develop and maintain knowledgebase content for internal and external users.
• Lead documentation review meetings, gather feedback, and implement revisions.
• Ensure documentation complies with customer requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Update documentation as systems evolve.
• Identify and implement process improvements for digital documentation quality and efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation templates, layout guides, and graphics resources.
