As our Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our Yugoers are paid accurately and have access to the benefits that support their well-being. It's a big job, but you will be part of a team of awesome Yugoers across the globe, who will support you to ensure we are consistent in the service we provide to our students.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the US People Director; Here's What You'll Be Doing

Payroll Administration

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using ADP Workforce Now.
• Validate and enter payroll data, ensuring correct wages, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Conduct routine payroll audits and generate reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.
• Reconcile discrepancies and ensure timely year-end tax document distribution (e.g., W-2s).
